Extraskills is a well-established independent training provider devoted to providing each of our clients with exceptional learning experiences designed to help grow and change understanding.
Excavation work is inherently a high risk activity, especially when carried out near to underground services. Over the years this has led to fatalities and many more serious injuries. However, the people carrying out this type of work are not always aware of the dangers or have a limited knowledge of how to carry out this type of work safely.
As a company we specialise in cable avoidance tool training and the avoidance of underground services with the aim to raise the standard of the training available, whilst ensuring persons carrying out excavation work are given the skills, knowledge and understanding they need to achieve a high level of competence, improve performance and remain safe.
