The NCO1G training package is designed for all persons who install gas mains and services. The training provides candidates with an understanding of the basic safety procedures and the skills required to assist with the construction of PE mains and services, enabling them to achieve the Level 1 Certificate in Network Construction Operations (Gas).

The NCO2GS training package has been designed to be a practical, skills based training programme for all operatives and supervisors who install gas services. It will build on a candidate’s current knowledge and skills, enabling them to achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Network Construction Operations (Gas) – Service Layer
Network Construction Operations Gas Level 2 Main Laying
The NCO2GM training package is designed for all operatives and supervisors who install gas mains. As with the NCO2GS training it has been designed to be a practical, skills based training programme which builds on a candidate’s current knowledge and skills, enabling them to competently complete main laying activities and achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Network Construction Operations (Gas) – Main Laying.
